天氣冷到不行,不知道是不是因為身體太虛....。

今晚,青椒炒臘肉。

將青椒洗淨切斜口狀,配上日前從屏東帶回來的臘肉。

先將油鍋加熱後加入臘肉大火快炒,之後再倒入切好的青椒。

等青椒有些變軟後就可以起鍋。

不加鹽巴,因為臘肉本身已經有鹹味。

配上一杯58高粱。

暖了。
