結婚週年快樂，雖不是轉眼之間但也是12年了。
我們一直在我們的步調上生活著，平淡偶爾驚奇。
雖不是重口味，但仍有酸甜苦辣。
12年不算短的日子，感謝妳一直以來的陪伴。
謝謝妳還特地買了蛋糕。
